Fanan is Development Planner and Environmental Impact Expert. His research interest is in urban Agriculture, LU/LC change detection, environmental & social impact assessment and sustainable development. He is CNIS Director of Research and Data Collection/Analysis in Nigeria. He was the lead and manager of the CNIS Maternal Augmented Digital Empowerment Initiative in Benue State.
