Dr. Bovell is an Emergency Medicine Specialist at the Georgetown Public
Hospital, and the doctor-in-charge at the Infectious Disease Hospital at
Lillendall, a part of the Georgetown Hospital Corporation. Dr.
Bovell
is the co-
ordinator of the CNIS Trauma Team Training program and brings a wealth of
experience on global health issues to the CNIS Board. She received an award
for Good Practices in Women’s Leadership in response to the COVID-19 crisis.
