Mable Tomusange is a public health professional, information scientist, social entrepreneur, and road safety advocate with extensive experience in injury prevention, road safety education, research, and information management in Uganda.
Her work has contributed to injury surveillance and prevention initiatives, including research examining injury and drowning data and the use of hospital-based trauma registries. She has also been actively involved in road safety advocacy and community education, promoting safer road-use practices and greater awareness of preventable injuries.
Mable brings together expertise in public health and information science to support evidence-based approaches to injury prevention, surveillance, and community safety. Her work aligns closely with CNIS’s commitment to strengthening injury prevention and improving health outcomes in resource-limited settings.
