“CNIS training strengthened my clinical skills and decision-making, particularly in fracture management, wound repair and basic life support. During a night shift, I helped assess and stabilize a young patient with a fractured kneecap following a workplace accident. I later assisted in surgery and had the opportunity to suture the wound, applying knowledge I had gained through the CNIS Surgical Skills course on Moodle.
